Five 60-90 minute 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions designed as a Master Class.
Typically we'll schedule them with at least 1-3 days rest between each session.
Perfect for people completely new to training and would like a little more time to get acclimated to training and the environment.
In this Master Class we'll review...
Technique in all your primary movement patterns like the Squat, Bench, Rows, Deadlifts, Overhead variations, and more...
Principles of Strength, Hypertrophy (Muscle Building), Muscle Engagement, Nutrition, Mobility.
We'll also review many of the common injuries that we've seen over the years, what can trigger them, and how to either fix or work around them!
Finally we'll spend time addressing any specific questions or exercises you'd like assistance with.
