NOTE
This is from a series of FREE Content we created during the COVID Gym Shutdown. We made it available to everyone and our business was able to survive exclusively on donations and the good will of others! Because of that I want to make sure this content will remain available for FREE to anyone that needs or wants access to it.
Keep in mind most of this content was created in 2020 and designed specifically to keep people training with minimal equipment. While it’s still super valuable, it may not be reflective of the way we would do things now. But the more important thing is to get moving! So enjoy!
Home Training Equipment
Recommendations & Ideas
If you have access to a gym, barbells, weight set, a squat rack and a bench, congrats! That will certainly give you more loading options and variability in training.
But you don't need access to a gym to get started! You can slowly build your own space and grow your equipment over time.
Check out the video and list below. You might have some items around the house you can use to start training right away, otherwise you can make a quick run to home depot, or start ordering more specific equipment for the future.
Even if you do have access to a gym, it's not a bad investment to have 1 or more of the items listed to get your accessory work in at home when you're in a time crunch.
